If I want to redeem points for an item not shown in your rewards catalogue or on the website, what can I do? 

We believe you deserve the very best so if you don’t find your ‘dream reward’ in our large selection of online rewards, call us on 0800 99 76278 or click on the Rewards section to find out more information. We’ll do all we can to deliver exactly what you’ve been dreaming of.

Please note: there are some criteria that your Dream Reward needs to fit into so once you know what you’re interested in, give our Reward Specialists a call with the details and we’ll contact the supplier to arrange the transaction.
 

If I don’t have enough points to redeem a particular reward can I top up with money? 

Yes, you can use our Points + Pay facility to purchase rewards, with the option of paying by credit card (Visa and Mastercard accepted only) or direct debit.
 

How long will I have to wait for my reward to arrive after placing an order?

Rewards are couriered directly to you. The standard time is 7-10 working days. If you do not receive your reward within this timeframe please call us on 0800 99 76278.
 

What do I do if my reward is faulty, damaged or if I receive the wrong one?

All rewards come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. Please notify us immediately and we will organise with the supplier what to do next.

Whilst every endeavour is made to give accurate points required for the rewards (or replacement product) on the Rewards Shop website, we reserve the right to adjust the required points value when redeeming to reflect current pricing and generally the right at any time with or without notice to cancel or change a particular reward or its value. You must be 18 years or older to redeem alcoholic products. All rewards are subject to availability.

All rewards are manufactured and/or provided by independent manufacturers or service providers or suppliers. Certain statutory guarantees under consumer protection laws may apply to these products for the benefit of consumers and which cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict the application of such consumer laws but except for any non-excludable guarantees, Smart Loyalty, and it's associated brands, does not give any other guarantee or warranties or makes any representation of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to the products including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise outside of the application of those laws.
